We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a transparent, secure, and responsible manner.
By accessing or using 121Vibes, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

121Vibes is intended for individuals 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 may be suspended or terminated.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform safely and effectively.

A. Information You Provide

  • Mobile number (for OTP authentication)
  • Profile preferences (if voluntarily added)
  • Support queries or complaints
  • Payment details (if premium services are used — processed via secure third-party gateways)

We do not require your real name.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may collect:

  • Device type and OS version

  • App usage logs
  • Session timestamps
  • Crash reports and diagnostics
  • Metadata related to chats/calls (duration, time, connection data)

This helps us:

4. ANONYMOUS COMMUNICATION

121Vibes is designed to enable anonymous interaction.

  • Anonymity does not exempt users from legal responsibility.
  • We may use automated moderation systems to detect harmful or illegal behavior.
  • In cases involving threats, abuse, fraud, or legal violations, we may review relevant data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Provide chat, voice, and video features
  • Improve user experience
  • Detect and prevent misuse
  • Send essential service communications
  • Comply with legal obligations

Promotional messages may be sent only where permitted. Users may opt out anytime.

6. DATA SHARING

We do not sell or rent user data.

  1. With trusted service providers (cloud hosting, SMS gateways, payment processors) under confidentiality obligations.
  2. If required by law, court order, or lawful government request.
  3. To prevent fraud, harm, or threats to public safety.

7. DATA RETENTION

  • Account data remains active while the account is active. Following a deletion request, account data may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent erasure.
  • Chat sessions are not visible to users once the session ends and are not accessible through the App interface.
  • Chat and call content may be securely stored in encrypted systems for moderation, safety monitoring, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
  • Chat and call content is typically retained for a limited duration (up to 60 days) and is automatically and permanently deleted thereafter, unless required for ongoing investigations, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable laws.
  • Certain technical logs and metadata may be retained for security, fraud detection, system integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Users may request deletion in accordance with Section 12 (Account Deletion & Data Removal).

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backup systems for a limited period before being automatically overwritten in accordance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements.

8. PAYMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not store debit/credit card numbers, PINs, CVV, or OTP details.
  • Financial data is handled in compliance with applicable regulations.

Wallet balances (if introduced) may be non-withdrawable unless stated otherwise in Terms & Conditions.

9. AI & CONTENT MODERATION

  • Automated systems may analyze text, voice, or video interactions.
  • Data may be processed to improve safety and moderation systems.
  • Processing is conducted under strict confidentiality and security standards.

We do not use personal data for unrelated commercial exploitation.

10. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Users are strongly advised not to share:

  • Government ID numbers
  • Financial details
  • Medical records
  • Exact residential address
  • Contact information

If voluntarily shared, it is done at the user's discretion. 121Vibes is not a medical, legal, or professional advisory service.

11. DATA SECURITY

  • Encrypted transmission
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Access control mechanisms
  • Monitoring for unauthorized access

However, no digital system is completely secure. Users should use the platform responsibly.

12. ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA REMOVAL

Users may delete their account at any time.

A. Deletion via the App

Users may delete their account by navigating to the Settings section within the App and selecting “Delete Account”.

Upon confirmation, your account will be deactivated immediately. Access to the platform will be revoked.

If you do not log in within 90 days from the date of deactivation, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

If you log in within this 90-day period, your account may be restored.

B. Deletion via Email

If you are unable to delete your account within the App, you may request deactivation by sending an email to:

For security purposes, we may require verification of your registered mobile number before processing the request.

C. Permanent Deletion After Grace Period

  • The account profile will be permanently deleted.
  • Associated chat and call content will be permanently removed from active systems, subject only to limited retention exceptions described below and applicable legal obligations.
  • Any remaining wallet balance (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

D. Limited Retention Exceptions

  • Legal compliance
  • Tax and accounting obligations
  • Fraud prevention and security monitoring
  • Dispute resolution
  • Ongoing investigations related to safety concerns

Such retained data will be stored securely and only for the duration required under applicable law.

13. USER RIGHTS

  • Request access to your data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)

14. EXCLUDED SERVICES

121Vibes does not provide emergency services. The platform does not connect users to police, hospitals, fire departments, or crisis centers.

If you are in danger or facing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

15. DISCLAIMER

You use 121Vibes at your own risk.

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not responsible for the conduct of users interacting on the platform.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in relation to 121Vibes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in:

Arbitration provisions (if applicable) shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
