1. Introduction

121Vibes (“App”, “Platform”, “Service”) is owned and operated by OIO SOFTWARES (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 121Vibes. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use 121Vibes.
  • By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to belong to minors.

3. Account & Authentication

  • Users access the App via OTP-based mobile authentication.
  • You are responsible for maintaining control of your mobile number.
  • Any activity under your authenticated session is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Nature of the Service

121Vibes provides:

  • Anonymous chat
  • Anonymous voice communication
  • Anonymous video interaction

The platform acts as an intermediary enabling users to interact.

We do not:

  • Guarantee identity of other users
  • Verify accuracy of user statements
  • Provide professional medical, legal, or psychological advice

All interactions are at your own discretion and risk.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Share explicit sexual content
  • Promote hate speech or discrimination
  • Impersonate another person
  • Share personal contact details publicly
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
  • Record or distribute conversations without consent

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Legal action where applicable

6. Content & Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their:

  • Messages
  • Audio
  • Video
  • Conduct

121Vibes does not pre-screen all interactions but may use automated moderation systems. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts.

7. Anonymity & Limitations

  • Anonymity does not protect users from legal liability.
  • We may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
  • In cases involving threats, harm, fraud, or illegal acts, relevant data may be reviewed.

8. Payments & Premium Features (If Applicable)

  • Fees will be clearly displayed before purchase.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
  • We do not store debit/credit card details.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Wallet balances (if introduced) may be non-withdrawable unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including design, logo, branding, code, and content created by OIO SOFTWARES are owned by OIO SOFTWARES. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices
  • Accuracy of user-generated content

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OIO SOFTWARES shall not be liable for:

  • User misconduct
  • Emotional distress
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Actions taken by users based on interactions within the App

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if applicable) in the preceding 3 months.

12. Termination

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Security reasons
  • At our discretion where necessary to protect the platform

Certain provisions shall survive termination.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet disruptions
  • Technical failures

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Arbitration, if applicable, shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
